The Dukagjini Centre is developed by the Dukagjini Group, one of Kosovo's best-known business names, and is anchored by the 22-storey Dukagjini Tower, the tallest building in Kosovo dedicated to business. It sits on the major roundabout at the entrance to Prishtina that connects the capital to every other Kosovo city, so it is both central and straightforward to reach by car.
It is a true mixed-use complex: office space, the Dukagjini Tower, a residential element of around 240 apartments, a commercial centre, and three levels of underground parking for around 600 cars under 24-hour monitoring. Around 1,000 people work in the complex on a normal day. The result is an address that is busy, secure and alive throughout the working week, rather than a quiet block that empties at six.
