The building

A landmark Prishtina business address.

The Dukagjini Centre is developed by the Dukagjini Group, one of Kosovo's best-known business names, and is anchored by the 22-storey Dukagjini Tower, the tallest building in Kosovo dedicated to business. It sits on the major roundabout at the entrance to Prishtina that connects the capital to every other Kosovo city, so it is both central and straightforward to reach by car.

It is a true mixed-use complex: office space, the Dukagjini Tower, a residential element of around 240 apartments, a commercial centre, and three levels of underground parking for around 600 cars under 24-hour monitoring. Around 1,000 people work in the complex on a normal day. The result is an address that is busy, secure and alive throughout the working week, rather than a quiet block that empties at six.

Where Artana sits

Second floor, among established firms.

Artana occupies the second floor. A few details that matter to a tenant:

  • Among an established community of professional-services firms, so your neighbours are exactly the kind of business a foreign company wants to be alongside
  • Staffed reception at the building entrance, handling visitors, deliveries and arrivals
  • Modern lifts and a managed, maintained environment throughout
  • Windows onto the centre's internal atrium, so the space feels open and connected to the life of the building, not boxed in
  • A position that reads as a discrete, private suite rather than one door on a crowded corridor
  • Cafés on the lower floors, so coffee, lunch and an informal meeting spot are a lift ride away
A hiring pool in the building

UBT College on site, 3,000 students.

One feature sets the Dukagjini Centre apart for an employer planning to grow. The complex houses the campus of UBT College and its roughly 3,000 students. For a company building a team in Kosovo, that is a graduate recruiting pool inside the same building, which shortens the distance between deciding to scale and finding the people to do it. For nearshore and BPO teams, see our team offices in Kosovo.
