What is a virtual office in Prishtina?

Can I register a Kosovo company at this address?

Yes — but only on the Registered Business Address (ARBK) product, at €1,200 per year + taxes. That product records our Dukagjini Centre address as your company's official registered seat with ARBK (KBRA). The standard Business Address, from €25 per month + taxes, is a trading and correspondence address only and cannot be used for ARBK registration. Coworking and private-office members are a separate case: because they genuinely occupy space here, registration at the address is included as a membership benefit.

What is included with the business address?

It cannot be used to register your company with ARBK. Does a dedicated desk at €95 per month include a registered address?

Reserved coworking and private-office members occupy space at Dukagjini Centre, so they may register the company at the address as a membership benefit for occupiers. That is not a standalone address service — if you are not taking physical space, the Registered Business Address (ARBK) product at €1,200 per year + taxes is the correct one.

Do you provide company formation, accounting or bank account opening?

No. We provide the address and mail handling only. We do not provide company formation or filing, accounting or tax services, or bank account opening, and we do not act as tax or fiscal representative. We are happy to point you to independent local advisers.

Is a virtual office enough to set up in Kosovo, or do I need a physical office?

For company registration, banking onboarding and a local presence, a registered business address is usually sufficient — in our case the Registered Business Address (ARBK) product. Once you hire local staff you will typically want physical space, at which point you can move into a private office or reserved coworking at the same Dukagjini Centre address, keeping your registration unchanged.
