Can I rent an office in Prishtina for one month?

Yes. A desk at Artana is booked by the day, the week, the fortnight or the month, and a monthly membership renews month by month. There is no twelve-month lease on a desk.

Is there a deposit or a lease?

No deposit and no lease for a desk: you accept the two-page membership terms online when you book and pay one invoice a month. The virtual office is the exception, a twelve-month agreement with a €200 refundable deposit.

What does the rent include?

Everything on the floor: the desk itself, business fibre, the kitchen, the phone booth, the meeting room by the slot, a staffed reception, cleaning, utilities, building security and access to the car park beneath Dukagjini Centre.

Do you have private offices for rent?

Not at Dukagjini Centre today. The next private offices come with our second Prishtina address; register interest on the contact page and we tell you first. A team of three to thirteen takes a block of desks together meanwhile.

Can my company use the address?

Yes. A company whose people work from the floor uses the Dukagjini Centre address on its cards, website and invoices. A company that needs a registered address without a desk takes the virtual office, from €2.50 a day.

Where exactly is the office?

Dukagjini Centre, Rruga Xhevdet Doda, second floor, in central Prishtina, with about 600 parking spaces underneath, 24-hour security and a staffed reception. Office hours are 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
