How team pricing works
Every desk on the Mezzanine is €125 a month on its own. Take more of the floor and the per-seat rate slides evenly, until all thirteen seats together come to €105 each — €1,365 a month for the whole Mezzanine. The Ground floor's two desks are €140 a month, flat.

Rounded; the booking page quotes the exact figure for your dates. Shorter stays follow the same ladder as single desks (day, week, fortnight). Prices exclude VAT where chargeable.
What every seat includes
- A dedicated desk — not a rotating hot desk — with your setup left in place
- Business fibre, a glass phone booth for calls, a fitted kitchen with coffee and tea
- The conference room by the slot (€80 per two hours), with display and oak table
- Staffed reception, deliveries and visitors handled, 24/7 member access
- Parking access in the Dukagjini Centre's underground car park
- A central Prishtina business address on your letterhead (registered-address service separately, by agreement)
Two floors, one team
The Mezzanine, upstairs, holds thirteen desks and the breakout; the Ground floor, downstairs, holds two desks beside the lounge, booth and kitchen. A team of up to thirteen sits together on the Mezzanine; a team of fifteen takes both. Larger teams, or a team that wants its own door, take a private suite or the entire floor — serviced offices covers those.
How to start
Up to fifteen desks book online in a couple of minutes at /book — choose the floor, the dates and the number of seats, and the team rate is applied automatically. If you would rather talk first, tell us about the team and we reply the same working day; a video viewing takes ten minutes.
The first-week-free offer, honestly
New members pay only for the days after the first seven on their first monthly membership — but the offer is for one or two people. A team of three or more pays the list rate, which is the sliding scale above; that is where the team's saving sits.

- Do teams get the first week free?
- The first-week-free offer applies to a first monthly membership by one or two people. Teams of three or more pay the list rate — the sliding per-seat scale is the team's discount.
- How quickly can a team move in?
- The floor is furnished and connected, so a team can sit down the day the booking is confirmed — usually within the week. Desks are reserved per person and stay yours for the booked period.
