Two patterns stand out. First, published full-time desk rates in the city cluster tightly — roughly €90–129 a month — so the deciding factors are what the price includes and what the floor is like, not the headline. Second, half the market doesn't publish prices at all, which tells you something about how each operator prefers to sell.

How to choose

If you're here for a day or a week

Two published day rates exist: €12 at Artana and €20 at ZenVen. From eight working days in a month, Artana's €95 monthly desk is already cheaper than day passes — that arithmetic holds at every space with a day rate. A desk here is bookable online in a couple of minutes; most other spaces take enquiries by form or social media.

If you're a startup wanting a scene

ICK is the honest recommendation: it is an incubator with a programme, mentoring and events, and it has been the centre of Pristina's startup community for years. Tech Park Prishtina is the newer, state-backed option with an ICT focus. Neither publishes prices; both are worth a visit if community is the point.

If you're a professional or a small team that needs quiet

This is the segment we built our floor for, so discount accordingly — but the factual differences are checkable: every desk is dedicated rather than hot, the price includes parking access, fibre, kitchenette, phone booth and a staffed reception, and the floor sits inside Dukagjini Centre with ~600 parking spaces below. ZenVen is the strongest alternative in this segment, with transparent pricing and two central locations.

If you need a global network

IWG's Spaces and Regus centres connect to thousands of locations worldwide — the right answer for a team that lives on lounge access in forty airports. Pricing is by quote.

What "all-inclusive" should mean

Wherever you land, ask the same five questions: Is the desk mine or whoever-arrives-first's? Is there parking, and whose? Is the internet a business line or a shared router? Who answers the door for deliveries? And is the price on the website the price on the invoice? The spaces above differ more on these answers than on their headline rates.

"Pristina's coworking market is small, young and genuinely varied — an incubator, a hackerspace, a state tech park, two independents and a global operator. The right answer depends on what you're optimising for; the wrong answer is choosing from a directory that lists none of the prices."

Frequently asked

Common questions.

How much does coworking cost in Pristina?
Published full-time desk rates run roughly €90–129 per month (ODK €90, Artana €95, ZenVen €99–129); published day rates run €12–20. ICK, Tech Park and IWG quote on enquiry.
What's the difference between a hot desk and a dedicated desk?
A hot desk is whichever seat is free; a dedicated desk is reserved for you, and your setup stays put. Artana's floor sells only dedicated desks, including on day passes.
Which spaces can you book online?
As of August 2026, Artana's desks are bookable online with instant confirmation. Most other spaces take enquiries by form, email or social media.
